Bringing bold creativity and a flair for visual storytelling, Ilias Kiazoli has made a name for himself as one of Greece’s most inventive young chefs. His culinary style is daring yet rooted in memory. He has built an international career, from Haust in Denmark to Casa Mespilea in Cyprus, and most recently at the prestigious Poseidonion Grand Hotel in Spetses. Ilias is now a featured chef on ANT1’s weekend morning show Weekenders, while also providing consulting services for AVATON in Naxos and ZAZ in Athens.
