Dimitris discovered his passion for cooking at the age of seven, inspired by his godfather in a cruise ship kitchen. By fourteen, he was already working in professional kitchens, chasing the thrill of culinary creation. Today, with over 26 years of experience, he co-runs a gastronomy consulting company, helping local and international restaurants craft flavourful, memorable menus alongside his partner Akis Drougas.
